POLICY RULES:
- Joining fee is R60
- Premium is payable on or before the 7th of every month
- Waiting period is six months before service is rendered and 24 months for suicidal death.
- The policy lapses if the monthly premiums are not received for two (2) months
- Premiums are paid directly into the bank or at the office. Please use your surname/ID number as a reference number for EFT/Bank deposits.
- Debit orders can be arranged at the request of the main member.
- Change in premiums will be communicated two (2) months in advance.
- For adopted children, legal proof of adoption is required. If proof is not provided there will be no service rendered.
- Children from 0 – 5 years do not have a service, but a payout amount of R3 500.00 is made, while for 6 – 13 years, an amount paid is R7 500.00
- For claims, please submit the BI 1663 document, certified ID of the deceased, certified ID of the informant and a death certificate.
