Conditions
- R60 joining fee
- Premiums payable monthly not later than the 3rd of each month
- Scheme lapses if not paid for two consecutive months
- Waiting period is 6 months without defaulting but 24 months on suicidal cases
- Correct ID numbers required of all members
- Proof of schooling required for dependants over 20
- If main member pass on any person may take over paying premiums
- No cash paid out only service is rendered
