It is with such a heavy heart to have to announce the passing on of Dr. Francis Joe Mawala. He departed peacefully in Stutterheim Eastern Cape, South Africa on the 20th day of October 2021 and will be laid to rest on Sunday the 31st of October 2021. He is dearly missed by Family and Friends.

Never would have imagined that he was so highly educated because in his conduct he was so humble in the office environment . May his soul rest in peace until we meet again. May the angels of heaven open their wings and welcome you. You ran your race and served your people with distinction. We salute you as our hero in advancing black development through education. May soul rest in eternal peace.
